Terms governing use of this website and Association services.

The Rock Hall Primary School Alumni Association supports alumni engagement, school development, student opportunity, community-focused initiatives, partnerships and fundraising for Rock Hall Primary School.
Use this website only for legitimate informational, alumni, partnership, donation and community purposes. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Submit accurate information and only information you are authorized to share. Registration in the alumni network does not by itself create a paid membership or financial obligation.
Legacy Fund donations are completed through the external donation platform linked by the website. That service operates under its own terms in addition to applicable Association policies.
Shop orders may be placed using Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery when those methods are enabled. An order is not considered paid until the Association verifies a Bank Transfer or records Cash on Delivery as collected. Product availability may change before fulfillment.
Some merchandise may be produced and shipped by Printful or another fulfillment provider. The Association submits eligible orders to the fulfillment provider only after the order has reached the required payment or approval status. Production, delivery and tracking are then subject to the fulfillment provider and carrier processes.
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible Association-fulfilled merchandise and is subject to delivery-area availability and approval. Printful-fulfilled merchandise requires Bank Transfer before production.
Use the order number as the transfer reference where instructed. Bank Transfer orders remain on hold until funds are verified by the Association. Uploading a receipt is evidence for review and does not by itself confirm payment.
The website may link to donation, social media, gallery, merchandise fulfillment and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
