Everything you need to know about how and when your alumni merchandise is shipped.

All orders from the alumni shop are processed within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
We ship merchandise to addresses within Jamaica and internationally, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other countries where delivery services are available. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the order. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and destination country.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@rockhallprimaryschoolalumni.org with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter. Claims for damaged items must include photographic evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. The Association is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship an order returned due to an incorrect address.
