How information submitted through the Association website is used and managed.

The Rock Hall Primary School Alumni Association operates this website and administration system to support alumni engagement, school development, community initiatives, fundraising, merchandise and communications.
We may collect information you provide through the alumni registry, contact forms, partnership enquiries and shop, including your name, contact details, graduation information, delivery address, order details, messages and payment-reference information. Bank Transfer customers may choose to upload payment proof for verification.
Submitted information is used to administer the alumni network, respond to enquiries, communicate Association updates, coordinate projects and partnerships, verify shop orders, arrange fulfillment and delivery, and maintain website operations.
Where merchandise is fulfilled through Printful or another provider, the information required to produce and deliver the order may be transmitted to that provider. Third-party providers process information under their own privacy practices.
Legacy Fund donations are completed through an external donation platform. Information entered directly into that platform is handled under its privacy policy.
Website submissions, orders and uploaded payment proofs may be stored within the Association's secured website environment and administration dashboard. Access should be limited to authorized administrators and users with relevant permissions.
The Association may publish photographs and recaps from Association or public activities to document its work. Contact the Association with a reasonable concern about a published image involving you or a child in your care.
You may contact the Association to request review or correction of personal information held through the website, subject to legitimate administrative and record-retention needs.
